Orders over $100 and greater are shipped free. Orders under incur a $10 shipping fee.

An additional surcharge may apply if shipping to a rural address. We are unable to deliver directly to a PO Box addresses.

International rates will apply on request.

Depending on the size of the purchase, we use either NZ Couriers (with track and trace) or NZ Post.

All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days. Busy periods (like the Christmas season) may cause a little delay but we will do everything in our power to ensure delivery is made as soon as possible.

When your order has left us via NZ Couriers, you will receive an automated email with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately. Please let us know if you still haven’t received your order after five days and we will follow it up for you
