If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact the store within 3 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned to the store within 14 working days.
Although we are unable to offer a refund in this situation, we may be able to offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for your item to be returned, it must be in an unused and saleable condition, with all packaging still intact. Please note that any courier costs that are related to the return are at the expense of the customer. We highly recommend sending returns back with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail.
